New business carteBlanche Home & Design opens in Aspinwall

A new household and style and design organization has opened in Aspinwall.

Located at 347 Freeport Road, carteBlanche Property & Style and design offers decor and household furnishings curated by proprietor and creative director Rachel Schaffer.

Schaffer, 44, was lifted in Brookline in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.

She gained degrees in French and economics from the College of Pittsburgh and studied at the College of Chicago.

CarteBlanche developed out of a want to “create a corporation system simplifying dwelling design and generating it approachable and reflective of the distinctive wants and experiences of our consumers,” Schaffer reported.

A active mother to 4 children, Schaffer resides in Aspinwall with her spouse. She still left the company banking planet to open carteBlanche.

The inspiration for the name arrives from her beloved late maternal grandmother, Blanche Dunik.
