In the kitchen, the cabinets have a similar warm-toned wood color. There’s an island in the middle of the kitchen and a breakfast area off to one side. Doors along one wall in the breakfast area provide access to the outdoors. The home has a large family room with beams across the ceiling and a bar in one corner. The bar has built-in wine storage, cabinet space and seating at the countertop.

Four bedrooms are located on the second level of the home, including the primary suite. In the primary suite, there’s a sitting area with a fireplace and doors that access the second-story porch. Two of the remaining upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the third shares a bathroom with the nearby game room, Baker said. The home’s library has built-in bookcases, a rolling ladder and a nearby office. Baker likened the design to the library in the “Beauty and the Beast” film.

The property has a separate guest suite with a bedroom, bathroom and living area. While this space is a separate structure from the main house, a covered walkway connects it to the main portion of the home.

The home is listed for $2,700,000. The address may also appear as 1000 W. Wintergreen Road in some searches.
