40 Best Cyber Monday Deals on Furniture and Smart Home Gear (2021)

Specializing in couches for 1950s or ’60s-styled homes, Benchmade does a great line in luxury seating with a polished website that makes it easy to select the couch, color, and size you want. Senior WIRED reviewer Scott Gilbertson called this “the best-looking and most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on.”

Inside Weather (Use Code BLACKFRIDAY at Checkout)

Some spots around the home simply cry out for a comfy armchair, and this one from Inside Weather made our Best Couches guide. You can customize arm style, upholstery, pillow shape, cushion shape, leg style, and more to get the perfect finish for your space. It’s also roomy for an armchair, with generous arms to set things on, and solid construction that feels like it will last.

This deal applies to more products than just the Sactional line, but those customizable, comfortable products are our favorites from Lovesac. The Sactional is featured in our guide to the Best Couches. We also really like the new and optional Stealthtech upgrade (8/10, WIRED Recommends), though it’s extremely expensive—so better to get it while it’s on sale.

Fully, Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

The Fully Jarvis standing desk has been a WIRED Gear team favorite for a while. It’s the top pick in our Work From Home Gear Guide. The discounts are matched at Amazon on most options. Just be sure to clip the corresponding on-page coupon.

Need a new bed? Now’s one of the best times to shop. Mattresses go on sale many times throughout the year, but Black Friday means the offers can be even better than they would be during events like Memorial Day. We have a separate story dedicated to the best bed deals.

Best Buy

If you’ve always loved the idea of growing your own herbs or tomatoes, but you live in an apartment with little access to outdoor space, the AeroGarden Harvest Indoor Garden (8/10, WIRED Recommends) could be for you. It’s a hydroponic setup for your countertop with a smart companion app that’s easy to use, though the automatic colored lighting can be annoying.

Vacuum Deals

The WIRED Gear team loves this robot vacuum. It doubles as a mop, which helps it eviscerate any evidence that hardwood floors were ever dusty in the first place. This dipped to $470 during Black Friday, which beat last year’s deal by $130.

Amazon

This is one of iRobot’s midrange Roombas, but it is still a solid pick if you’re entering the world of robot vacuums. It sports adaptive navigation to avoid obstacles, does a pretty thorough cleaning job, and comes with Alexa or Google Assistant support. We reviewed the similar Roomba 690 a couple of years ago and liked it.

Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

This self-emptying combination robot vacuum/mop will keep your floors clean with minimal effort. We mention it in our guide to the Best Robot Vacuums. The on-page coupon brings the price down lower than we’ve seen before. Add it to your shopping cart to see the deal price show up.

Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

This is the Best Cheap Robot Vacuum, and thanks to the on-page coupon, it’s cheaper than ever. It runs for more than 100 minutes at a time, and it can deftly navigate obstacles like cords or stray socks.

Pet owners looking for one of the best robot vacuums should consider the S6 MaxV (7/10, WIRED Recommends). It is a powerful, fast vacuum, with long battery life. There’s an optional mop attachment and a camera, and it can avoid any messes your dog may have deposited.

iRobot Roomba i3+.

Walmart, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon (Out of Stock)

Topping our best robot vacuums guide, the Roomba i3+ doesn’t just do a good job cleaning your floors, it even empties its own bin (though you will have to empty the big bin on the charging base from time to time). A full bin is the most common reason a robot vacuum stops cleaning effectively, so a self-emptying model that works is a big step up. Stock is limited, but you can still order it.

While this is an older model, we find Eufy robot vacuums to be reliable and easy to use, and this is a deep discount on an already affordable device. It’s quite powerful, with reasonable battery life, but it is slow. Read our full review to learn more.

Walmart

This is a similar version to the G30 Edge we recommend in our robot vacuums guide. It comes with strips you can use for marking boundaries that you don’t want the robot crossing.

Robot vacuums have different features here or varying capacities there, but the bottom line is that they offer a convenient way to keep up with day-to-day dust-busting. Overall, we like iRobot models. The E5 5150 has special brushes to gather up pet hair, and it’s smart enough to base its cleaning schedules around your daily routines. Our roundup of the Best Robot Vacuums has additional recommendations. Depending on your location, this vacuum might be out of stock.

Best Buy (Sold Out)

This robot vac was $50 cheaper earlier in the week, and while it may drop back down in price again, it’s still a good deal—that $550 price was the lowest we’d seen. The Roomba i7+ (9/10, WIRED Recommends) features a slate of enticing bells and whistles, not the least of which is its self-emptying behavior. Check out our full review for more info.
